• Research Assistant. THE APPLICATION WINDOW FOR THIS POSITION HAS CLOSED. The Research Assistant plays a central role in survey management and supports data collection, database preparation and management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and report development across multiple studies. This role is well suited for an early-career professional who brings strong foundational research skills, values precision and collaborative teamwork, and is eager to deepen expertise through hands-on contribution in a fully remote environment.

• Researcher / Evaluator. THE APPLICATION WINDOW FOR THIS POSITION HAS CLOSED. The Researcher/Evaluator contributes to the design, implementation, analysis, and communication of research and evaluation studies that serve educators, organizations, and communities. This role manages day-to-day study operations, leads data collection and analysis activities, and develops clear, actionable findings that support client decision-making and meaningful improvement.

Location and Work Authorization
All Magnolia Consulting positions are fully remote for employees based in the United States. While applicants from across the U.S. are welcome, preference may be given to candidates located in Virginia or neighboring states. Magnolia Consulting is unable to sponsor employment visas.

Compensation
Compensation is discussed during the interview process and is determined based on candidates’ experience, qualifications, and role alignment.
